* Introduce the definition  and parts of of a sentence .
* Proof of locating subject and predicate

Wednesday, September 13
* Journal writing
* Practice locating subjects and predicates.
* Introduce regular and irregular verbs with the three principal parts of a verb.
* Practice the recitation of the above.

Thursday, September 15
* Grammar keepers-journal writing
* Practice locating subjects and predicate.
* Introduce kinds of sentences according to use: declarative, interrogative, imperative, exclamatory.
* Practice locating them in the book Legend.


Friday, September 16
* Grammar keepers-journal writing
* Quiz on sentences
* Silent reading of Legend
