* Teacher shows and models a revision of another student essay
* Student evaluation of their expository essay with a rubric. (Introduction)

   * Students pair-share their newly written body paragraph
   * Students evaluate their body paragraphs according to state-designed rubric.
     * Students revise one paragraph of the middle section of their essays
   
    THURSDAY, January 26
    *Quotable Quotes and student explanation
   * Student analysis and explanation of STAAR formatted question stem.
   *Students evaluate another paragraph and revise it.
   * Find these in their own writing and in other texts.
   * Student evaluation of their expository essay with a rubric. (Body paragraphs)

    FRIDAY,January 27

   * Student analysis and explanation of STAAR formatted question stem.
