Monday, March 5
*Elegant sentences from literature with sentence imitation
GRAMMAR
DISTRICT BENCHMARK : Student presentation of assigned question item.
*COMPOSITION
Deconstruct the passages from the DBM 2 and reverse the writing process back to the outline.
- Review for students  how the author might have designed his outline before he/she wrote the piece.
- Talk through the modeling.
-  Students construct the outline.

Tuesday, March 6
Elegant Sentences: From Bomb
* GRAMMAR
* Students are given question items to analyze and present to the class.
     - Go over benchmark test through student presentations.
 * COMPOSITION
     -Students are assigned passages to deconstruct and reconstruct.
    - They work in groups..
    
Wednesday, March 7
*Elegant Sentences: From A Wrinkle in Time
GRAMMAR
     - Students start presenting.
     COMPOSITION
    - Students write their outlines of a pre-assigned essay.
    
Thursday, March 8
Elegant Sentences: From Prodigy
GRAMMAR
    - Students present explanations of assigned questions.
    
COMPOSITION
    - Students write the rough draft.

Friday, March 9
Elegant Sentences: From Prodigy
GRAMMAR
    - Students present explanations of assigned questions.
    
COMPOSITION
    - Students write the final draft.
